It's an 89-91 Japanese made Charvel. There was never a Japanese Charvel "Custom Shop", so that is just to pump the ad up. It is definitely a mutt as well as that shark fin neck does not go with that body. Price is way too high to me...

what steve said ...... the fact he has locking nuts with that style floyd is insane, once locked down you have no way of tuning it let alone fine tuning it

The non-fine tuners bridge looks like a non factory original for that guitar. I don't think they would carve a body for the later fine-tuners Floyd and fit the guitar with the older non fine-tuners Floyd.
Could be a pieced together guitar. I think it looks cool, and I could just get the correct bridge for it... but the price does not help.
