What is your current rig of choice?

BC Rich Mockingbird SL/PRS Custom 24s, Diezel VH4S, and Genz Benz g Flex 212. Previously I was using a pedalboard with a Boss OC2, RMC Picture wah, EB volume pedal, Boss DD5, Carl Martin Chorus XII and a Boss RT20. Channel switching via Ground Control Pro.

Lately I've been messing around with a Rocktron Multivalve and a Lexicon MPX G2 'cause I wanna ditch the pedals. At least for now. The rack also houses a Monster 2500, Digital Music GCX, and a 2 space drawer.

I have a US made Diezel FL 412 but I'm not too fond of the Eminence speakers so they'll be replaced with EV12Ls (my favorite speaker) and maybe V30s not sure yet. Gonna be a PITA to move, especially since the man cave is upstairs but the tone will be worth it

Martin

POD HD500. It once again proved its merit at practice last night when I was reasonably impressed with the tone and very impressed with the flexibility. I'm doing stuff with effects and synth sounds and filling holes in my cover band that I just would not be able to do without a massive pedal board and huge complicated rack/switching set up.

As for guitars, is it wrong to bring 4 guitars out to a 2 hour gig. I can't decide and I want to play all four. Suhr Tele, Explorer, Ibanez rg 560 and Martin acoustic all going to the same gig. I need a tremolo for a few songs so the Ibanez has to go. The acoustic is nice to have but I only use it for 3 songs and could get by playing it on the electric. I could easily use the Tele or explorer and leave the other at home.

F it, I'm bringing them all.

For me it is easily my Carvin Ultra V w/ SD distortion in the bridge/ Maxon OD808/Mark III/ Avatar 4x12 with V30s and T75s. I have played 2 shows with this set up and have gotten tons of compliments on my tone.
Head to toe I have $1700 invested in a killer set up!

That rules. I'd love to hear that. Bet it sounds great!

My rig is the same as it has been for the last couple years.

Although this lands on Thursday so I will most likely add it to the rig for a stereo assault.

Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Standard with EMG's Marshall Slash Jubilee 2555SL into my small rack that contains Furman Power, Line 6 G90 Wireless, Korg Dtr-1000, Rocktron Guitar Silencer into Marshall 1960BHW.

If I had to choose, I'd say that my Bogner Uberschall Twin Jet with EL34s installed with the Uberkab and my FX pedal board would be my rig of choice.

Gibson SG VOS Maestro > Korg Pitchblack > MXR Vintage Phase 90 > Diezel Hagen (with a japan DD-3 in the loop) > Orange 4x12" V30.

Sykes LP Custom, Cameron CCV, Bogner Cab-Scumbacks, El Capistan in loop, Evidence Cables, Red Bear Picks......

ESP Ltd Gus G --> BBE Wah --> TC Polytune --> OCD --> Bogner XTC Classic --> TC G-System --> Bogner Uberkab loaded with Silver Label G12-30s / add older VHT Pittbull Ultra Lead on Marshall 1960B cab for the rare stereo/dual rig gig.

The Gus G sometimes gets swapped-out for one of two ESP Eclipses depending on whether I'm in the mood for Blackouts or EMGs.

Since I'm just recording these days I have a few that I'm using.

For cleaner stuff, 74 Hiwatt DR103 into a 2-12 Wizard cab with Alnico speakers. Sometimes with some pedals.

For crunch stuff, 68 or 69 1959 plexis sometimes with pedals for heavier.

For heavy stuff, Wizard custom Metal/ MC hybrid. All the heads get run into a Wizard 4-12 cab with Rock 20's.

Still using Anderson Cobras and Hollow T's though I have other gtrs that get used too.

If I was to play live it would be with the Wizard head and RP1000.

black san dimas or white custom fat strat with neck spec to an N4 (neck feels awesome)--> YJM 308 (modded)-->block phaser (modded)--> BF2-->decimator --> Gmajor 2 in loop of a Lynchbox with Brahma module, my own modded "Mr. Brownstone" module, and Hilligan SL2X module. Speaker cab is a vintage Avatar 4 x 12 with 2 RI greenies and Eminence Super V's. Sounds pretty damn good to my ears.

2 x Gibson Les Paul (one has BB Pros and the other P90s)
Fender Tele
Hughes & Kettner TriAmp
T.C. Electronic Nova System
Mesa/Boogie Recto 4x12 cab
Peterson Strob-O-Stomp
Cypress Customs Modded TS-9
Dunlop CB-95 Crybaby Wah

It's not the most expensive rig on this board, but it more than gets the job done.

Guitars
=====
Epiphone Les Paul Tribute w/60's neck profile and Gibson '57 Classic / Classic Plus pickups
Ibanez RG770DX
Washburn EC-29
Ancient, dried-up Alvarez Yiari - I nicknamed it "Kindling"

Until this week I was using my H&K Switchblade on an ealy 80's Carvin 4x12 cabinet w/Peavey Scorpion speakers. I was finally able to carve out the time needed to program presets in my rack rig and get the GC Pro setup properly. Really REALLY happy with the tones I have going now. I'm moving it to the rehearsal space tomorrow to get familiar with it before our first gig on Dec. 10th.

Korg DTR-2 Tuner
GCX Switcher
Eleven Rack
Midiverb III
Peavey Dual 31-Band EQ
Mesa Simul 2:90 Power
Pedals on a slide-out shelf (not shown in pictures)
DOD Compressor
Bad Monkey OD
EVH Flanger

The Avatar 2x12 cabinets shown in the photos have a mix of Celestion Classic Lead 80's and Vintage 30's that are in an "X" pattern when stacked. They sound great but are bigger and harder to haul than a single 4x12. So, I'll be using either my early 80's Marshall 4x12 with Black Backs or a Recto 4x12 with Vintage 30's - depending on my mood :D

For all the bedroom gigs that I play for an audience of my family or the cats:

LTD EC1000 Stealth>Peavey 6505+ 1x12 with a Celestion Hot 100>MXR 10 band EQ.

EC occasionally switched out for a Dean ML.

Easily the lowest costing rig on the board. You guys give me GAS.

Aloha my friend, I hope you had a GREAT thanksgiving!!
Rock on, brother

If I ever make it to your neck of the woods, I'd love to plug-in to that rig. I suck at guitar, but I'm sure we could dial in enough effects to hide it
