+1, literally

Ernie Ball Rn'R Slinky's 10-46 (nickel wrap), tuned down a half step.

10-52 on non trem guitars, 10-46 on trem guitars, all 1 full step down to make singing easier. DR brand strings.

I've been through a load, was down a whole tone (usually in Drop-C), at one point with 12-56, but gradually lightened up, then went back up a semitone still on 10-52s, then got lighter strings again, so now back to 10-46 (usually Drop Db). I've got a few packs of 12-56 kicking around still so I might string something up with them for fun at some point, but it whammy's nicer with the 10-46. Ideally I think I might like some kinda 10.25 to 48. :)

I've been through a good selection of brands. Current set are the DR Dimebag signatures, which I've been really pleased with and still sound good after AGES (although I haven't been gigging). I'm figuring they are probably due a change, so the Kerlys I have here are going on next again, but I'll definitely bag some more of these DR Dimebags again in my next order.

10-52 in Eb on everything unless I have to go to A440 for something. But the string gauge stays the same regardless.... Basses is 105-45 across the board for Eb/standard. I use D'Addario exclusively.

10s on my regular tuned guitars
11s on my drop tuned guitars

10-46 for E/Eb on Agile LP copy
13-62 (with the wound 3rd switched from .026 to .022) for B standard w/Ibanez Prestige

D'addario is charging too much for the 13-62 set, which is basically a 10-46 set with the .010 thrown out and a .062 used for the lowest string. Not worth the $9 when I'd be just as happy with cheapo Ernie Ball 10's and a few 3-packs of .062's & .022's.

Pure nickel 10-46 in standard on a Les Paul.

I used to prefer 11-50 but for some reason they sound dead on my main guitar while 10s sound awesome on it. No idea why...

just switched to super slinky 10s from 9s. got a luxxtone with super slinky 10s and it rips. e flat of course!!

10-46 Eb on a LP.
9.5-44 Eb on a Strat scale which are harder to get but just right for my girlie fingers.

just curious...on your main guitars

Blue Steel 9's or Clear Tone 9's on Strat.
Sometimes a hybrid set of 9's light top, heavy bottom.
Being trying 10's in hybrid, and not bad at all.

Same for Schecter C1 Classic.

Ibanez semi-hollow 10's, but 9's felt good too.

Don't like going beyond 10's on electrics.
Tried 11's on the semi hollow.

drop G

its lethal

kidding aside - super slink 9's, one guitar standard tuning, other Eb

Ernie Ball Slinky 9's or Hybrid Slinky's with heavier top for Eb.
