I grew up on the first two Boston LPs. My dad used to rock this all the time!! He even had it on 8-track.

My first album was Boston on 8 track...and I am not your dad!!

I really liked them when I was younger. There's no denying that they wrote some amazing tunes and had phenomenal musicianship. I do think their music sounds significantly more dated today than the music of some of their contemporaries. For that reason, I don't reach for Boston when I'm listening to music today. If it comes on the radio though, I'll grin, tap my foot and won't change the station.

Saw them, well, many many times. Im still on a quest to find someone to build me his hyperspace pedal.Ive seen it in use by Tom firsthand.I find it kinda funny that nowadays when everything guitar, pedal, and ampwise can be manipulated digitally, recreated, with processors costing thousands, still no one with the hyperspace effect.Way to hit one out of the park Tom!...and yes, ya gotta love that boston sound and we all sure do miss Brads amazing vocals!

I like Boston, just get a little burnt out on em... All 3 rock stations in Salt Lake play them nonstop. No joke, one time at work all 3 stations were playing 3 different Boston songs at the same time... I swear Tom Schulz must own the Utah radio stations or something cause it's ridiculous sometimes

More than a feeling was one of the first songs my friend and I learned pretty much note for note, including harmonies, etc. It was the second solo I ever learned behind Don't Stop Believing. I got into Priest very soon after that, but some of Boston's stuff still somewhat occupies space in my brain even though my capacity is diminishing at a more accelerated pace each year. :p
