What's the best non-locking tremolo out there?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about either putting together a mutt build, or finding a local luthier to put something together for me. I can't stand Floyds/locking nut type tremolos, but I like having a trem to put some subtle vibrato on chords and stuff (not doing any crazy EVH/Satch/Vai stuff, more Gilmour-ish stuff). I'm just wondering what you guys would recommend if you were putting something together? The Musicman and PRS tremolos seem to be pretty popular for non-locking, I'm not sure if those are available or what else may be out there- any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! It would likely be a 25.5 inch scale with .10s and tuned down a half step, if that makes any difference.

Cheers!

I like what a Wilkinson 2 post pop in bar does. I also like the Gotoh on my Andersons. Not sure of the model names.

I also like the gotoh and wilkenson trems.. I just purchased a Schaller 3801 vintage stud mount trem to replace the Floyd... it looks to be a high quality trem with nice roller saddles. I'll post a review when I get it in the mail and install.

The usual suspect these days is the Gotoh 510, variations of it are on the Suhrs, Andersons and Tylers. The Wilkinson VS100 is my personal favorite, but I don´t know if there are any high-quality versions still made today.

The new Floyd (actually a comeback of the first Floyd) without fine-tuners looks like a serious contender too. It seems like it´s the best of both worlds for the guys that won´t deal with locking nuts.
