When will the GOP stopping looking at & treating the Federal Gov. as a "business ?

US taxpayers fund the government and frankly you want a "business model" OK from now on Congressional, Cabinet & White House [and staffers] salaries are paid "based on performance".
Not just sucking air.

But I don't think it'll ever pass. Democrats would go bankrupt only getting paid what their worth.
Or it could go the opposite directions and Democrats all all for it. That measly congressional salary is throw away money compared to what they're "paid" skimming off the top
