It's obvious the guy's driven by passion. A definite outlier in the realm of billionaires.

That's not to say that I disagree with your statement; I reckon it'd apply in 99%+ of cases.

I think Elon is probably losing his mind if he's losing money. He is an eccentric who is jacked up on Ketamine and he has been acting irrationality which explains a lot of things. I do admit he does have a passion...for white supremacy especially after his Roman salute a while back.

That was only a small part of what led to the Boston Tea Party, and tariffs had a minor role. No taxation without representation was a gripe as it was with basically everything at that time. The main issue at hand was protesting what was thought to be a monopoly on tea imports by the East India Trading company. You should actually read about it sometime, pretty interesting.
