What you believe in applies to you, not me.
I believe that the overwhelming amount of information, historical sources and application of common bloody sense tells me that Christianity started out as a Jewish cult, then replaced Roman and Greek pantheism before being incorporated as the state law of Europe via a duopoly between the Catholic Church and European monarchies.
It then split at the Protestant Reformation and was used to justify the colonial and Imperial expansion of the Commonwealth and US.
Nothing comes for free, especially Christianity.

I appreciate that at least you have a reason to believe what you believe but you have been duped. I realize you smart enough to think for yourself but also hope you come to the realization you have been lied to. Fuck what anyone says get alone in prayer and just ask if your really real than reveal yourself to me. Study scripture with an open mind/heart and if you ask sincerely He will answer.

Yep you better believe religion is a lie but Jesus is the only truth whether you believe or not. And by the way when your truly saved/born again your life becomes infinitely harder not easier. The things that have happened in my life in the past 10 years would make a very strong person blow their brains out yet my faith has only grown. Happiness depends on happenings but joy is a gift from the holy spirit.
