I currently have a Voodoo modded Marshall 100 watt plexi with the Jose High Gain mod. Ive got added bottom knob and global knob which tweeks the mids. Great sounding mod in my opinion. I have a modded JCM 800 with the Fortin Cali mod which should be at my door this evening via Fedex. Ill repost my observations after some playing time.

you see that i meg with the drawings on the back. It was posted for a while and no one noted that. I figured out those meant diodes, (pats himself on the back) There were a lot of guys more experienced looking at it at the time. Anyways, you can play around with the values there for different overdirve textures. I think mark regreted posting that one.

Why can't they be shared? Jose is dead... And if the info is from Mark, what would he care - he no longer does mods and he has always said that his Jose mod is nothing like an original Jose anyway...jerrydyer":7dbasntb said:

youre right but some things were given to me with the agreement that I would not post. Not jose schems. Obviously if you hear something you like from my stuff you can pm me and I probably would let you dial in some of the things I cross-bread.

Ah, I see... I actually got some detailed photos of an original Jose mod that were given to me with the same agreement, so I understand what you're saying. I'll give away any info, except stuff given to me in confidence, I guess I should have said. I'd provide any of it myself, but some people don't see things as I do and I respect that...The pictures I have pretty much 100% support the schematic though...
