I was permabanned several years ago. I forget the specifics, but I vaguely remember posting something someone didn't like, and it escalated and the dogpile started; next thing I know I couldn't log in. same user name there as here.

From my many years there I'd bet meeting any of the mods in a bar everyone would get along aces.
BUT, you cross the line or get in the face of any single one you may as well have an 'A' sewed on.
You either tuck your tail for a while and deal with it or you try getting tough with them.

Snitches
There's some forums and mods/owners that encourage snitching. And there are rewards.
Having the #1 guy reply to, or like one of your posts for example.

Some of those dicks think all forums are cool with it.
