Who sells "selected" preamp tubes?

The V1 in my Einstein has a ruby HG+ selected 12AX7. Just for curiousity, I've tried three other makes of 12AX7's (not selected), and found them all to be somewhat noisy/hissy. Searching online, I haven't found any websites that advertise selling a selected tube. I'd love to try some other combinations, but not at the expense of the extra noise. Suggestions?

Peter, if you are reading this, does the HG+ mean this is a higher gain than average 12AX7 tube?
