Who wore it better?!?

Yeah, I think you are oversimplifying a lot. Selective prosecution is an issue that's independent of the guilt of the defendant. And all the stuff Floyd brought up is important too. And like I was saying, other politicians are almost assuredly getting away with a lot more. But whatever, we all have our own take on things.
I think any politician going down for what they do is a good thing. More would be better, but one makes me happy too. Ya gotta start somewhere and I hope this starts a precedent.

That’s the point. It’s not. It was selective and politically motivated in my view. If there was some new sheriff in town then I would generally agree.

I’m not as selfish as you are. I do what I do to get by regardless of the president
That don’t even make sense. As if I don’t do what I have to do to get by ? And since when it is selfish to want to keep more of the money I earned?

Now you’re starting to sound like a communist.

So back to the start, how is it different than Trump going after Hillary?
I think it's different to the extent the motivation is rooting out real corruption and crime vs just taking out a political opponent. I can get behind the former, but not the latter. Making a series of book entries with the wrong tag is not a real crime in my opinion. At least that's what I understand of the felony convictions. Same with the asset valuations.

Trump didn’t go after Hillary. He specifically didn’t he said because it wasn’t good for the country. Hence my comment that set Pauly off.
He should have tasked the DOJ with looking into all the corruption we are generally aware of. Instead he tried to "play ball." Wasn't he all about draining the swamp, etc.? Yuge fail IMO.

Agreed. One of his many failures. Assuming they would let him play ball was clearly a massive mistake. And he won’t make that one again. That’s why the democrats are so desperate to keep him out of the White House. Any modicum of professional courtesy he had before is gone. He’ll take heads when he can. They’re scared shitless.

professional courtesy
More like "Hey we can screw everyone together and it will be great for us all!" That's how the system works. But by then he had already accumulated too much power via his popularity and they saw him as a threat (Probably not the least because he already threatened them).

I’m not set off, believe me, when I’m set off, you’ll know it. That I can tell you. Bigly

I don’t care about his tax stuff. That’s his game.
I’m talking about the confidential files. Hush money to interfere with an election. Stuff that a leader should not do

Oh I’ve seen it there Pauly Shore. It did bring you into the conversation. Pardon my faux pas.

Imagine turning on the tv and seeing the wannabe president saying people of your heritage are going to “poison the blood of our country” fuck that dude. That is not America. I’d rather spend more for eggs than support that.
Trump representing my country feels to me like how I imagine Ray Gun made Australians feel. Total jackassery.

Hush money to a hooker during a campaign. Every politician is guilty of it. In fact there is a congressional slush fund just for it. Calling it election interference is ridiculous and blatant bullshit.

He is guilty of it. Thank you

None of this makes your comments about me make any more sense. And just because you would rather give the corrupt government more of your money that doesn’t mean it’s selfish that I don’t.

Yep and you holding that against him but not holding anyone else accountable for their often much worse crimes says more about you than it does either candidate.
I will happily hold anyone accountable for it.
