I had a buddy try to copy that look by painting his speaker cones yellow. Looked sweet. Did not sound sweet.

There was a G-600 full stack for sale not far from me. Looked like it was in minty condition too. The guy was asking $500 Canadian if I remember correctly. I was briefly tempted.

I had two of those things. The rat fur covering is terrible, and the cabs are MDF, but they actually didn't sound half bad. I seem to remember that someone told me the speakers with the red cones are Eminence?

I kinda wish I'd kept them.
