The entire crux of your shitty argument is that I am just assuming a state representative was not aware that getting a 19 year old drunk was against the law.

I don't HAVE to agree OR disagree with you. I merely made a statement (sarcasm fully intact) about a 19 year old drinking alcohol and the panty waste, pussy boy sheep on this forum, so desperate to "burn" anyone not taking part in their group think, proceeded latch on to that and write a narrative straight out of The New York Times (good job, ladies).

Is the guy a shithead? Sounds like it. But I'll let the investigators and then courts decide. The truth of the matter is, people over the age of 21 give and /or drink with 19 year olds every fucking weekend on every fucking college campus in the country. Are poor decisions made as a result? Absolutely. Sometimes forcible sex offenses occur. But there are also people that took part willingly and then sober up to regret it and file false reports. It happens. Even in non-college environments.
