Yeah.. I'm a shitty drummer but I concur, he's got excellent control with his feet. I def get where he said he cut his teeth on VH 1. He seems like a cool guy to me. Multi talented for sure.

Guitar, bass and drums. At the Taylor Hawkins memorial shows he sounded like Eddie reborn. His bass work in Van Halen is NUTS. He should get a lot more credit for his musicianship.

I played along with Van Halen 1 on my drum kit so many times when I was a teenager. I was 16 when that album came out. Alex taught me a lot on those Van Halen records. Amazing drummer. He's like a percussion orchestra on some songs.
