Looks later than 1978 based on the ohm selector. Those output jacks look narrow as well?!? I’m guessing 1979-1980.

Not a head slicer like some I've had. Pretty warm and fat. I'll dig in this weekend and see what's up. It has a bright cap and treble peaker. About 460vdc on the plates at idle.

I prefer the 6550’s in these amps, but sounds like you might like the cut of EL34’s more? Either way, these few years (78-80) are some of the best amps.

The serial should be etched in the back panel; can’t quite make out the letter.

Either a 79 or 80; I don’t think 78s had them on front. But 79/80 did. Still can’t make out the letter lol
