Something a bit different than the usual metal/hard rock (but still a banger, as far as I'm concerned). I guess this would be alternative, emo rock (or whatever), but I love this song:

Very cool! Reminds me of war on drugs!
I love alot of different music. As long as it's good art. And that one is good! Good choice.

Thanks to Shredi for introducing me to these guys! The scream at 1:52 is awesome.

You're welcome. "In My Head" is also a great song. There are tons more songs/artists I could post here (I'll try to just keep it to a few). I discovered all this (what I call "Melancholy Pop") music kind of by accident several years ago and really love it. Most of it is straight up pop (ironically called, since "Pop" is short for popular and these are artists the average person has never heard of), but I'll try and keep to some of the more rock oriented (well, sort of) songs here. I don't think the more mellow stuff I like would qualify as "Bangers". Plus, I don't want to turn this into "Shredi's midlife crisis, depressing music thread".

Are these albums available to purchase at Starbucks? Or do some of the band members work at a Starbucks? It's got to be Starbucks related somehow!
