CCV, and eventually I will run into that POS that ripped me off.

This^, except I never gave him money. The whole reason I ended up on this forum was because of the CCV! Wanted that amp bad. Still never played one or owned one. Couldnt afford it back then, but my gas died and I dont have much interest anymore.

The Day of the Dead Luxxtone that Brad had at his shop...I had the opportunity, but no money...so that one got away...I've regretted not buying it since.

Rev . 2 Uber

Still have yet to own it.

Everytime I see one I don't have the $ and when I do have the $ there are none available.

I have gassed for things that have never come available or vaporware

one that haunts me is that Bogner TJ solo jet 70
The Egnater Detroit for a grab and go
the long Rumoured AXE FX lite w a reduced feature set

This one for me too. I had owned a Herbert for a while and got along with it. Sold it off and got a VH4 instantly loved that, then the Hagen came up. Snatched up the first one I saw in the classifieds here, no negotiation, no tire kicking, just straight out. Those two amps are still going strong. I recently got a hit of gas for something British inspired (Carol Ann triptik incoming) and a few PRS guitars. God help me.

Mesa/Boogie Electra Dyne
Serious GAS for about a year. I finally found a good deal on a used one and I snagged it. Best f'n amp ever! I still love this amp!

BE-100. I saw the Phil X video and I became absolutely smitten with the amp. I HAD TO HAVE IT!
Unfortunately for me, it was also the biggest let down of the century. Wasn't what I expected at all.
So the amp can't do what he does with it?
How can that be?
So many questions...

PM me... I can share my experience with the amp.

Bogner Shiva and XTC. Friend's shop had one of each at one time and I fell madly in-love. Took me about TEN years to get a Shiva, and within 8 months I added an XTC (Classic). Sold the Shiva shortly after that, and then the XTC a year and a half later when I went all-acoustic (for a time). I don't miss them too badly though... as once I've "been there, done that" I rarely desire to go back. Would rather move-on to the next inspiration. Currently my inspiration is my new Anderson Drop Top Classic. Ampwise... I've been lusting after a Friedman BE for a while... but have been around this block enough by now to know that no matter what I have, I'll eventually get bored with it. Been rocking a pair of Ceriatone plexis since last spring and though the honeymoon is over... they still get the job done and I have little desire to stick my neck-out too far for a Friedman or any other "next big thing".

I bought that; literally the worst sounding guitar I've ever owned.

Traded it back to Rob (who was very good about it) immediately.

Hope that kills your GAS.

It was past date eggrolls for me.... It was so bad I threw up.

For me, it was getting my first Suhr Custom Modern. My G.A.S. went through the roof. I found myself on the Suhr build option

page quite often, dreaming up my next Moderns that I would soon have in my guitar collection. Even though I have four now, I

still would like to have more. My latest Suhr G.A.S. episode occurred recently, when spotting a new black limba Modern that I'd love to own!

WOW! I thought that was a killer looking guitar too! I had thoughts of ordering one like it. GOOD TO KNOW!!!

I've played plenty of really nice Luxxtones, but that one was a dog.

Played great, but sounded absolutely dead, and I mean really dead.

I'd still buy another, but I'd personally stay away from any multimedia type of finish, unless I could play it first.

My very honest .02.
