would a Lo Pro Edge fit a Lo-TRS guitar?

You'd be better off retrofitting something that fits on TRS posts. Jemsite has extensive info on this. I think OFR, Schaller, and that Gotoh that Suhr likes using now, will all work in the TRS cavity.
 
If you are going to switch, I would go with an original Floyd Rose, or a Schaller Floyd Rose.
 
Get the gotoh. That's the company that makes the Low Pro. I love it. But, I do love the Low Pro Edge on my S series guitar from Japan.
