I built a HSS Strat for my son for Christmas and used what I had in my drawer for single coils, which were some Duncan SSL-3’s and they don’t sound that great. He has a Suhr SSH+ in the bridge and it sounds fantastic. So, looking for a used pair of either some ML, V60s, V63, V70 pair for neck and middle.
Found a V63 for $50 shipped and is in route. Another V63 would be ideal but an ML or V60 middle is perfectly fine. Surely you metal heads have a Suhr single in your junk drawer you want to rid of right? ?
