Many of the people I know with their panties in a political twist are panicking and their party seems like it's officially over. Some of the more sane democrats I know seem to have resigned themselves to the fate of 4 years of Trump and possibly more years of Republican white house. Hoping for the best but I have doubts much will change. There is too much money out there for politicians to become honest. The bible says a global order is coming do I think Trump will stave it off for a while? Maybe.
I saw some article trying to say AOC was the new face of the democrats, lol. Good luck with that. Fetter-woman-man seems to be the only sane democrat and apparently the dude had to stroke out to make that happen. If they went back to the small farmer and working man support and actually drove that agenda home in a well intentioned way they would be successful but as it stands statistically the democrat voter base's largest age group is boomers and boomers are pretty close to 80 years old now so they have a people problem, a lack of people problem. Aside that, both parties need to clean house IMO.

Without doing the "orange man bad" thing, could you please tell me what policies of Trump you think are fucking things up as you say and how those policies will be bad for the US?
I'm legitimately asking.
Everything I see Trump doing so far is straight 80's-90's Democrat policies; the good ones such as secure borders, smaller gov't, fair trade, no wars, real support for the working man. Basically the complete opposite of a classic NeoCon. The big thing I've seen him as more Republican on is being fiscally and socially conservative. He was a Democrat before he ran for president and if you go back to the 80's he really hasn't changed his views on anything. He even said if he ever ran for president he'd run as a Republican. All that time he was best friends of high ranking Democrats. Aside from the "R" by his name I don't see how a traditional Democrat wouldn't be supporting most of what he's doing.
I see it as he's taken in the best policies of both parties and tossed out all the crap. He's also keeping to the core value of those policies, not just saying he stands for them then doing something else like many politicians do.
