X amp is the best amp ever....Just sayin'

I just love how musical this amp is. You can get so many tones out of just one channel. I bow down to you sir Friedman!
 
I'm really wanting to grab one and try it...

I'm just wondering if it's different enough than my BE to justify having both.
 
Yes and no- it is more open and organic. Although the BE is awesome!
 
I had the gain structure switch AND Phil X style voltage switch added to my BE. Makes it a lot more open and organic as you described.

Would be an interesting A/B...
