Its about drinkin ..... who woulda thought ?

Darryl was a great player but prolly shoulda increased his skillset.

What does that even mean? His skill set was mind blowing before he was 20. He released one album after another with some of the most amazing lead playing and tight rhythms in metal. I'm not coming at you as a fanboy as I didn't follow Pantera/Dimebag much after Far Beyond Driven but his skill set was about as good as it gets, well, when he was relatively sober or "in the zone" per se...

You know, like when you're shooting pool and on your third game and 5th beer you can't miss, then on your 7th game and 8th beer you decide to go home and record a demo called Whiskey Road.

The Guitar World guys completely outdid themselves with the Dime Tribute issue. I picked it up yesterday and just great for anyone that was a Dime fan. The pictures of his house and guitars are great.

Speaking of things he wouldn't want anyone to see, the letters in there from Rita are "interesting" and barely R Rated. :)

Dime wrote lots of silly tunes for himself, they were just for fun like this tune. He was an amazing guitarist, one of the best.

I liked the song.

Definitely not anything like old Pantera but that was a long time ago.

I think this song would have done well even if it was not a "Dime" song.

Yes the vocals would have needed to been redone and mixed but this song beats up on most rock songs I hear on the radio all day, even if it does have a little country vibe.

I honestly think that "country vibe" would have also helped the song top the charts by appealing to alot of people.

Well done Dime!!!! Killer song.
