Your favorite "unpopular" band

Motorhead.

They may get love now but during the 80's hardly anyone here in the
u.s. would give them the time of day (I did my part...) Remember them
getting booed offstage opening for ozzy during their first u.s. visit?

Sure wish they sold as many records as they do t-shirts.

My favorite "unpopular" band is probably.... MY OWN BAND! :lol: :LOL:

Seriously though....back in the days of Billy Sheehan being in Talas there was another band floating around called "Whale" I believe. I saw them a few times in clubs up in Toronto Canada. They not only had a wailing guitarist but they also had a guy on violin matching everything....all roaring thru multiple Marshall stacks on 10! Cool!!!

Actually....this just made me thing of what Vai is currently doing right?
Except I'm talking about back in the 70's when I saw this band.

Oh yes....gotta love the old days!

:thumbsup: I agree and love motorhead, I love their early stuff with fast eddie the best, but some of their newer stuff still rocks. :rock:
 
I also would say Social Distortion, they have continued to put great albums out over the years.
