Judas Priest on the Screaming For Vengeance tour - it was me, my mom, my aunt and my grandma - they've never been the same since...
I remember that tour, I've never been the same since either   That was the heaviest thing I had ever seen up to that point. 28 double headed Marshall stacks

This will tell my age a bit, but Johnny and Edgar Winter, Montrose. Montrose changed everything for me back then
That's awesome. I've seen Edgar and I've seen Johnny a few times, but never together. I would've loved to have seen either of them with Derringer (I saw Derringer a few times.)
I did not know anything about them at the time, I really went to see Montrose ;) I was 9, I think. My first exposure to a cranked Plexi ever

Ronnie Montrose KILLS! He was one of my Idols... What a player with chops & feel & vibrato... They were aweome! A young Sammy Hagar on volcals... I got the fire, Black Train, Space Station # 5

OMG! Still some of my favorite Music!

Best,

Roid RAGE
Yep, Space Station Number 5 and Rock Candy almost made me cry  Montrose and Hagar were in rare form, and out to prove something at that time. I still listen to that album and get chills. Johnny Winter was badass too, Him and Derringer did some of the most smokin blues I had ever heard, and they both played on Edgars songs as well. Johnny was playing a Firebird with those mini-super humbuckers, that was the first time I had heard those things. He was a frightening figure when your 9 years old   Him and Edgar both looked like ghosts up there. Great stuff

79 or 80. Kansas, Doobie Brothers, and Cheap Trick. USO tour at Ft. Derussy Beach Park Waikiki. I was like 10 and my parents friend took me. Bought me a beer and everything. Still have a guitar pick from Rick Nielsen.

1986 Iron Maiden / Yngwie Malmsteen... Yeah, It had an impact on what I play today ;)

1983 I was 13 saw Iron Maiden on Number of the beast open for Jusdas Priest/screaming for vengance tour. Went with my older cousins who got me all Fucked up on black berry brandy. My toilet bowl hated me that night.

Judas Priest Turbo Lover Tour with Cinderella and someone else I can't remember...
Saw that one too! Krokus opened for Priest that night in Michigan.
I saw that one too at Hershey Park Pa. Forget who else wa on the bill Tesla maybe?

First show was Judas Priest/Queensryche. Defenders of the faith tour. I was 14! Next was Iron Maidens Powerslave tour with Accept I think?and then Ozzy/Metallica, Ultimate sin tour.. Damn those were good times for concerts.

Oingo Boingo as a pre-teen..........lol !

First "good" show was Night Ranger somewhere around 1982-1983.

Next up was Iron Maiden on their Powerslave tour. I think W.A.S.P. opened up if I remember correctly. Saw Ratt with Bon Jovi opening right around the same timeframe.

Some of the most killer shows I remember seeing as a teenager:

Anthrax, Exodus, and Celtic Frost all on one bill in a bowling alley

Motorhead, Mercyful Fate, and Exciter on the same stage

My first was Triumph/Molly Hatchett at the Cincinnati Gardens.

The best was probably Iron Maiden/Accept at Hara Arena on the Powerslave tour.

:scared: My first concert was a Webb Pierce (gawd!) affair that some friends of my parents took me to around 1971 - I was 12 or 13 years old...it was actually pretty cool

  then they took me and some friends for my 13th birthday to an underground restaurant/bar called "Down the Hatch" in Columbus, GA. The entertainment was a hard rocking band called "Hawg." Strange, as my parents were *not* rockers. The waitresses were bringing my 3 friends and me ginger ale in Chianti wine bottles and the band kept referring to my *18th* birthday. We had a blast.

 The first concert I actually paid for headlined the Marshall Tucker Band, and the ticket price was $5.00.

Damn, I'm old!

My first was Iron Maiden on the number of the beast tour.

Robert Plant - Principle of Moments Tour in Buffalo NY on Freshman Friday....1983 I think....

Best show ever was Eric Johnson in 2002 (3?) at the Pageant in St Louis. he was channeling that night.

First for me was AC/DC on the For those about to rock tour.

Scott

Aerosmith with Dokken opening... IIRC it was the Permanent Vacation tour

It's actually really weird as I'm not a huge Aerosmith fan but I've seen them something like six times because people I know always ask me to go when they tour

Van Halen - Diver Down tour.

Still have hearing loss from that show.
