Some of these slumlords have people living in horrendous and unsanitary conditions

In my business Ive seen many buildings in NYC with 200 and 300 violations

Take the properties away from them, do a full renovation and reinvest in the neighborhood

I’ll be honest. I’m really torn on the whole billionaire thing. If they want to horde and worship their money, then fine. The issue I take is what they end up doing with that wealth. Buying politicians and just overall fucking the little guys to push their agenda and wants.

Taxing them will just go to the government who will just spend it frivolously and won’t benefit the average person either. I don’t know what the solution is.

I guess neither you or momsdummy have researched the amazing successes of government housing in the USA. Johnson's "great society" was mostly a great failure. Many of the housing projects have been demolished as a result.
