The tone rhythm tone sounded good to me...just sounds like you need to be more pissed off in your pick attack...hopefully that doesn't sound like I'm an asshole..just my opinion..

Interesting. I’m hitting the strings pretty hard…passives are a different beast for sure. This guitar sounds so nice in the highs. Bell like almost ?

Btw if you ever wanna sell it lmk . I also have a mint VH4 that I’d trade . I gotta ask lol

Sounds pretty good, maybe you're just missing the bass? Gotta get some of the good recording guys to chime in

Can’t imagine selling this amp. It’s so “metal” I wasn’t sure I could coax the more liquidy leadish tones out of it. I raised the 750hz slider up a bit and lowered the gain a smidge and it sounded amazing. Crystal clear bell like tone. #boner

Could use bass for sure! This is a new zone for me (passives). Been an EMG player forever

Nice! A bit too much bass for me though.

I’m sending my IIC+ for service and ++ mod this weekend! :)

Honestly it sounds almost exactly like a boosted Marshall 8200 to me; old school SS death metal tone

I kinda agree on the crunch part. More of a thwack than a full sounding chord. Love the single note sound though.

Is Mike B performing mods again? I have a green stripe 3 that I want to send for a tuneup and maybe ++.
