Everybody likes a grab n go head that can deliver the goods!
Quick thoughts - for the quintessential 80's hard rock tone. Compared to my Slo30 dialed in correctly it is very close and in it's own way just as good. I just got rid of the Friedman PT20 which is a really good head. for me a LP with it sounds great but the mids were lacking. This led me to have to dial back the bass and turn the mids up so much that it got thin..
On the LBX you have a resonance control that is very useful. It adds girth without killing mids. This allowed me to add some mids a 1/2 click over noon. V1
The LBX version 1 all dials at noon save the volume Blue ch only looking for that perfect VH on steroids meets Ratt Dokken Scorpions and Steel panther!
Plan is to use it live this Sat! Last note is unlike many lunchbox heads it sounds good at 'lower band volumes' loud setting within the Loud, very loud, and your mama would slap you so loud spectrum!
