If you could have any guitarists Abilities who would it be?

Govan, Bettencourt and Thornley could have easily been on my list too
 
Kiko Loureiro, he can play everything and has the tapping thing as well. Next to Guthrie as the most rounded player out there.
 
guthrie for ear, technique, variety of styles, etc

kotzen for similar reasons + ability to sing. i believe he is also quite popular with the ladies ?

Disagree with this. Holdsworth's technique was unique and genius for sure, but he could NOT play the rhythm to Back in Black if his geezer ass depended on it.

But on topic... Ritchie Kotzen or Ian Thornley or Paul Gilbert for sure.

I won’t argue your point. I’d still give my left nut to have that dexterity. If you want to talk about rhythm chops…. I’m all about Malcolm Young.
Oh BTW… Holdsworth passed a few years ago. So, Geezer probably isn’t cool. Go have another beer, or wine cooler.
