The GOP didn't break campaign finance laws.
The GOP doesn't want Trump any more.
He's not been invited to any GOP events (private or public) since he's been out of office.
GOP big money donors don't want him.
He stands no chance in hell of winning the general election in 2024 - why does the GOP want that baggage?
Shit, I would not be surprised if a lot of GOP senators are urging the Justice Dept. along.

That isn't true. Every time Biden mentions extreme MAGA he also says "not all Republicans" every time.

The math is in-inescapable.

In 2016 he lost by 3 million but won via the whacked electoral college rules.
In 2020 he lost by almost 8 million and this time the EC couldn't overcome it.

This was before the Coup attempt.
Lots of folks are in denial about J6.
Not nearly enough to vote the guy into office again.

That's why he can only get grass roots money for a campaign. Big money knows he can't win.
