Its becoming the norm now, I was in a local brick and mortar shop and the owner told me everything has changed since covid.
They are doing as much or more now online than in the actual store. It sux but it is what it is. You don't get the amount of great reviews he got here without doing things the right way.
Guitars through the shipping systems are always a gamble, but for the right price I'd try it

In all fairness, I did hear a lot of good things about the company while it was still in business.

Far as I know he’s still selling stuff without the store front that he had on order for years. As soon as the orders are completed then he’s done for good. Nothing but good things to say.

I’d imagine 2-3 years from now? Since guitar companies are so damn far behind.
