Yes, that is one of ours. He bought 2 or 3 from us a few years ago and has been very kind in mentioning us in his Guitar World article and on social media. Great guy!

Yeah, last I heard he had a Gibson endorsement and a Kramer signature model so we haven't seen him playing our guitars in a while. This was a surprise.

IMHO Chubtone is the best you can get - captures the vibe of those mid 80's San Dimas Charvels.

Last July-ish in Memphis it was these…. This was about the time when he would get some anxiety and potentially cancel a show so I was glad he showed up at all. Btw whoever saw this at Lafayettes in Memphis was at a phenomenal show.

I remember being at the shop when Matt was setting it up for Traci. He wanted a DiMarzio Super Distortion put in it if I recall. That Chubtone was awesome.

He probably likes your guitars more than his endorsements if he is playing them. Gibson is putting out some solid garbage right now. Custom shop stuff is pretty cool if you snag a good one and you don’t get a striped fretboard with light tan rosewood.
