F'N unreal - wifes Xmas work bonus

My wife has been an RN and a Nurse manager at an elder care facility for the past 20 years. She helped clean the place up immensely as far as getting the place in order for State audits which have been a success for years. Consistently, she's received a $500 bonus every Christmas. Earlier this year, 2 thugs (let's just say - unessential citizens) that were 400 lbs a piece walked into the nursing home. One of them distracted the receptionist and the other walked her fat ass around stealing everything in site, including my wifes wallet out of her pocket book. Not really about the money, but the aggravation of replacing all the stuff in her wallet.

So yesterday, the CNA's (who call out consistently and have ZERO work ethic) received their $500 bonuses and were running up and down the hall. My wife received $100. Now I'm trying to keep from contacting senior managers over there. Wife wont let me, and for good reason, I'm a psychopath. I don't own any weaponry for that reason. But she's very upset. On top of that, birds decided to dump like what looks to be 2g of bird shit all over her new Toyota highlander.

I could easily say screw it, not my issue, but my wife is the type to do anything for anyone and the fact that she's been with a psychopath like me for 20 years says a lot.
I'm at a loss as to what to do. I don't like to get into race or discrimination. Have many friends of all different colors. But when these lazy fucks that call out constantly and have my wife up till 11pm on a Sunday trying to find last minute replacements and she gets stiffed like this. I'm at a loss. I have all this pent up anger and frustration for the "inner city filth" if you will, and there's not a damn thing I can do about it.
 
It’s not just inner city filth dude. I managed high paid professionals and still had to deal with the cocksuckers calling out at 0330 on thanksgiving or Christmas Day when their shift started at 0400. I fixed it by putting them on blast at the next departmental meeting. Sad part is they were getting double time pay those days…they could care less…

And they were white btw….
 
Also having a wife who is a long time nurse I am neither surprised nor angered by what CNA's and other staff do. Your wife's first mistake was staying at the same facility for 20 years

Yeah they got a big bonus but in the meantime they make jack shit so let Obama celebrate his two minutes of glory and then it'll be back to wiping ass and getting told what to do so don't let it get to you man. Your story is actually pretty tame to what goes on in the jungles of Florida.
 
That'shitty. Her best recourse is to start looking for a better job. Don't stay complicit with a company that does not value their employees.

Don't bother giving them a piece of your mind, it's not worth it because they will make you out to be unhinged. It'll all be worth it when she steps out, finds a better job, and puts in her 2w notice. It'll be even better if they ask why shes leaving, then she can give them that piece of her mind.

Now of course she must be willing to move on, some people get stuck, and are fearful of finding something else.

Just my thoughts.

I was shocked what rn’s and lpn’s are getting paid around here. My dil is an lpn and she’s getting almost $30/hour here in bfe….

There in WV she is making that kind of bread?

My wife is LVN, she is close to that mark but she's been in the game over 20 years. My sister is an RN she is making six figures but pretty much works every day of her life.
 
I feel for ya brother bill
My wife is also an RN
It is one of the most thankless jobs out there
She has also seen her share of bullshit
I hate to say it but comes with the territory
Take solace in knowing that what happened to your wife was probably not on purpose or personal
It is like that all over the fucking place
We are in a decline and your situation is just another example
If she can....find a new gig
 
At least she don't work for the jews they'll fire you for putting a non-kosher soda in the break room fridge. At least the black CNA's are content with some Wal-Mart cash.
 
They have an RN up from Alabama making $80/hr because they can't find people that actually show up.
She was told she was no longer needed after January and walked out in the middle of her shift. Bravo.

Straight out of school….2500 sign on bonus and like $29/hour at the local rest home rehab facility…
