Briman24, you stated in the first post that you were already running wet/dry/wet before you brought the mixer into the picture. How were you doing this before?

I was sending the line out from Bray box right to the wet effects on my pedalboard and then out from there to right and left inputs on stereo power amp.
So before my wet cabs were completely wet. Now with mixer my goal is to mix some dry into the wet cabs which will sound bigger and fuller.

That's the way I was going to recommend. Run those Boss pedals 90%-100% wet AND at line level. And then use the Marshall's MV and the power amp MV's to blend to taste.

With the bgw power amp i have, i can control the volume for both wet and dry just from the mv on the marshall.

Woohoo! It works now guys! So The y cable did it. I guess the efx out on my mixer doesn't work.
Wow this sounds awesome! Very happy! Thanks again for all the help!

Here's a pic of the mixer and set up.

Thought I'd chime in here to say how happy I am with my new mixer.
Bought the one in the link below and it's a game changer in terms of features in 1U rack space.

I personally hate volume knobs on mixers, for some reason I don't like balancing unity gain and having the option of multiple volume knobs to get there.

With this mixer you can have 5 devices running in parallel in stereo... crazy

Those look super nice, but crazy expensive. Probably way overkill unless you have like $10k in processors.

That mixer is sweet! For a little bit more you'd be in Switchblade territory.

Glad to hear you got it working! I think there very well could be something up with the mixer you were running but as long as it sounds how you wanted it to then take it as win! Now at least you can get some sleep! LOL
