Yes - pretty mutch. Low socio economic areas and high immigration from places I don't think they should have ever allowed it from but not what I'd call slums or unsafe. I wouldn't feel unsafe there during broad daylight. I might feel uncomfortable that it's not very Australian by my definition of what Australian is because I remember what they were like when I was a kid and it's very different.
