What does this have to do with our globe being ball-like

100 percent. Add this to your screenshots: I went through the 3rd grade and everything I ever needed to do the things I want to do was something I had a grasp of by then. Reading, writing, basic arithmetic. For the pathway I ultimately chose every single hour spent in a classroom after 3rd grade was a complete and total waste of time. If a person can read and can think for themselves, all the worldly knowledge you want is down at your local library and for me my local monastery for things eternal. And those eternal things are greater than some guy shouting about the shape of a planet to my mind.
And thank you Brother 3 for being inquisitive, open minded and able to remain civil in the face of differing views. Hope you're doing well today! What does this have to do with our globe being ball-like![]()
To me the shape of the earth is some of those most irrelevant stuff I've ever witnessed people get upset about. Then again we're on a guitar forum. Thanks bro. It's always a pleasure. While we agree on much, our differing views on religion is a testament to the idea that different worldviews don't necessarily lead to conflict, but rather one's lack of comfort with their own views.

Have fun bro! Hope they sound great.Alright y'all, off to wire in some new speakers![]()
Nobody can state anything other than theories. There's nothing concrete especially from my view since I don't believe space travel is real. We're not upset about the shape. We're upset because neither side seems to want to understand the point of view of the other![]()

deep state....Not to mention the guys from Russia, China, India, Japan, Israel, UAE, South Korea, Italy, and Luxemburg. They are all in on the super secret deep fake![]()
Define where "space" starts. It's just high altitude. "orbit", in other words, still inside the atmospheric/magnetic realm of earth. And that is just Moon missions. There are over 700 people that have traveled into space. I'm going to go ahead and take their word for it. Along with that dog and that monkey. And probably a few rats.
The Manhattan project, which developed the first nuke, has 10,000 people working on it. Most of them didn't know what they were working on, but they all signed non disclosures. It's really pretty simple legally binding contracts. I don't really believe in nukes either but that's more complicated.I just don't understand how you get over 700 people to lie![]()
Were the apostles, saints, and martyrs lying about Christ? I don't understand why lab coat guy=truth, sandals wearing beard dude=lying. I see it in a similar light to that. People choose to believe, or not, based on things they themselves have never experienced. So for the lay person who is not a science head, it's a matter of faith. I don't have faith in men, only the Lord.I just don't understand how you get over 700 people to lie![]()
My viewpoint might be fully retarded or dead on, but I know for sure I enjoy your company boogieman. But hey, I still respect your viewpoint @VonBonfire

That is mostly arbitrary, per google. It's been defined. Outer space begins at the Kármán line which is 100km above sea level.
That is mostly arbitrary, per google.
It does, but it doesn't, because it's arbitrary. There's nothing concrete there. It's just a theoretical line, an approximation, named after some guy. It's arbitrary in the sense that there is no absolute physical boundary between atmosphere and vacuum. Point being, that is the accepted boundary of where space begins, which I hope answers your question.

Quite happy with the switch. Kind of splitting hairs from v30s to Marshall vintages but as far as I'm concerned it's like night and day. I could not get along with these v30s for some reason. I think because they were 8ohm maybe?Have fun bro! Hope they sound great.
That's the problem though, there are no specifics, just approximations. There is nothing concrete. They say the SR-71 can "fly to the edge of space" but it's given max altitude is lower than the karman line. So it seems what defines "space" is just made up numbers and stuff.Yes, we agree: it's arbitrary. That doesn't change the fact that at a high enough altitude the earth's atmosphere dissipates into (mostly) a vacuum. The further away you get from earth, the closer you are to a true vacuum. IOW, outer space. You asked a science question, so I'm trying to give a good science answer.

I've never tried a V30 so I can't be of much assistance.Quite happy with the switch. Kind of splitting hairs from v30s to Marshall vintages but as far as I'm concerned it's like night and day. I could not get along with these v30s for some reason. I think because they were 8ohm maybe?
