Alright, this dramatic mini-series went pretty much like this:
- Reza calls out TechDeth on YT for now owning "his amp", as well as some other disparaging comments about this amp's (in his view) lackluster tone. Supposedly the very same amp Reza was supposed to receive. Well, I don't see how that's possible as both of them ordered a long time ago, circa 2019, 2020 respectively. Reza waited 4+ years, almost 5, before cancelling and getting refunded. Tech got his in 2025 as you all know by now.
- I call out Reza in the YT comment section, outlining that very timeline above. Reza promptly deletes his comment(s), which automatically erased mine.
- Reza takes to his FB to reiterate the same garbage. A few of his sycophants proceed to circle jerk him off. However one guy called him out (not me). He basically said Reza often throws online public tantrums like this with the automatic expectation that 'everyone will be on his side'. Apparently not this time lol
- Reza takes down the FB post which was up for only a short time.
- To Reza's credit (gag), he was in the right to get refunded because he got wind of the fact that L*rry was going to sabotage his amp. Use the search function if you want a history lesson on that. But the refund happened just 1 or 2 years ago, and as I said earlier, both of them ordered their respective amps 5 & 6 years ago. And yes, it was highly likely that Reza would have taken the amp to Friedman as they are tight. For what purpose I don't know. It could have been just to poke around to check it out and not necessarily copy or mod anything.
- My takeaway is that these are the actions of an insanely jealous man child who desperately wishes he now owned such an amp. I think Reza is like this because for all his guitar and amp collection and public showboating of it all, those things can't hug and kiss him goodnight. He's just an attention seeking empty vessel.
