Like most of you, I love Mustaine but I wish he would just STFU.

I cannot watch anything where he is talking about something. I got into Megadeth in a big way right after Rust In Peace came out. He proved to me then, that he didn't need Metallica and actually did all of us a favor by being kicked out and going on his own. Who would have thought at that time what Metallica was about to become. Dave never would have fit into that. Kirk fit in perfectly. This comes from a huge Metallica fan.

He might have done better to just find a singer, but his voice does fit his music well :dunno:

And like @Floyd Eye said - the man has some screws loose for sure.

Is this a preview of his appearance on the Shawn Ryan podcast? That show has gone a bit off the rails in the past year

My favorite are all the bro military dudes talking about how dangerous and tough they are because frankly, nobody cares and they have told anyone and everyone they can about how badass they are.

Totally agree.
While its not the best voice out there, its the best Megadeth voice there could be!
Without hearing a better singer cover some Megadeth, how could you possibly know that? Personally I think John Bush would have been just as good in a different way than James in MEtallica. His performance on a few Kill’em All tracks at Metallica’s 30th anniversary bash was awesome.

For your listening, um.... pleasure?
Some of the vocals on this old tribute album are good, but just don't hit he same as Mustaine's do.

I think Tom Jones could out-sing any of those jokers. It's not unusual....

I just listened to his interview with Shawn Ryan (never heard of Shawn Ryan before). I enjoyed it and Ryan has a better way of asking questions than Joe Rogan. Never knew Mustaine was a co-author of Leper Messiah. Ktulu is my favorite track of his that Metallica recorded.

I dont know personally, but I do know that his voice fits what he writes.
Im a bigger "early" James Hetfield voice lover, his aged voice and his attempts at "singing" dont do it for me.

I dont mind John Bush. Those two Anthrax albums he did were good. I never got into Armored Saint.

Im a huge Jerry Garcia fan.
He was not an excellent singer in any circles, but perfect for what he did.

Its all subjective bullshit regardless...

I keep reading this and thinking of the stupid shit you type out.
Are you trolling me here?
Such a stupid fucking comment...

"early" James Hetfield is just James doing a very rough approximation of Sean Harris, and even James Hetfield would tell you that
