Which if these festivals would you pick?

1, pretty easily

I've already heard every song every band on 2 has ever made on every Preparation H or Ford commercial ever made

I lived through the late 90s, so I never need to hear any band from 3 ever again besides Amon Amarth and ST

I've already seen almost all of the bands on 4&5 a million times (except for Razor and MA)

And 6 has one or two bands i'd love to see, and the rest bands you couldn't pay me to see
My guess is you aren't much fun at house parties or bars with cover bands. :ROFLMAO:

I would love to sit at a bar with Dan Travis for some beers with a half assed cover band on the stage. Dude would have me falling out off my bar stool with his remarks.

I mean, it doesn't seem to affect my social or band life very much if I'm not :ROFLMAO:

It doesn't even have to be a cover band, I'm exactly how I am online with original bands too

I just get the idea he would be miserable unless he personally got to hand pick the music.

Depends on if the music is good, or not. I went bar hopping in Olympia when we were recording our last EP and saw a bunch of bands. Some were pretty good. Some were not :ROFLMAO:

No one likes listening to shitty bands.

I know. You're a disagreeable fellow. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

It's true, but part of it is a contrarian reaction to my generations sacred cows: "Poptimism" and "Let people enjoy things"

Which, along with the internet, have basically destroyed music, visual art, movies, entertainment, and every objective measure of quality in art

Destroyed is a little bit of an exaggeration. It’s still out there. It’s just harder to see with all the horrible shit in the way.

Try being a blues kid during the grunge era. The beauty of today is there are a goodly amount of 20-35 y.o crowd here that like blues, they just don't know what it is.

You realize youre proving my point, right? :hys:
Not really.

It’s like when your wife makes you go fix her sister’s water heater because her useless husband never leaves the couch. You go fucking do it so your wife will shut up but you still hate her fat ass sister and you want to set her husband on fire.

That analogy makes no sense dude :hys:

I let the cold water motivate my wife's sister's husband to get it fixed himself.
