Call it what you will but it didn't say it would happen in Buenos Aries did it.
You have a typical protestant understanding as I once did, and it is completely counter to the bible taken as a whole. They will never be a chosen nation again because they violated God's commands. They have been replaced as a covenant nation.

Buenos Aries?

I am not saying Israel is a covenant nation as such anymore. That went away with the new covenant
Exactly. They were rejected as a covenant nation. Nobody who clings to rabbinical judaism unto death will enter the kingdom of heaven because they have rejected it's king. Christianity 101.

I am not saying Israel is a covenant nation as such anymore. That went away with the new covenant - but God still has a plan for the Jews. It's in the Bible. Also it talks about Jesus entering the Eastern Gate (which has been bricked up for the time being by the Muslims) in Jerusalem when he returns.
May as well quote Lord of the Rings. Same versimilitude.

You are missing the point though. The events of Revelation centre around Jerusalem and some Jews will repent. Also there is nothing barring Jews accepting the Gospel like everyone else.

I'm not missing the point. You seem to be making a case for the actions of a state which claims to have birthright to the land yet the source of the birthright, the Torah, condemns them when they violated the covenant which is why they were expelled from the land. Sure, some jews will accept the gospel but that has nothing to do with the state of Israel. There are protestants who make up BS theology like jews can be saved through judaism or that God himself brought them back into the land. Those claims are all lies.

The point is Revelation says they will be there in Jerusalem does it not. So covenant people or not it's God's plan that they are there and not expelled for all time. They will be there in the last days.

The Bible does not say they will be in a new Israel in Tiera Del Fuego or elsewhere in Sth America.

If they aren't a covenant people then they are irrelevant to the events in Revelations. The new Israel is the church. It's a spiritual kingdom, not one built on land stolen from muslims.
