You paint yourself as an "everyman" in "western MA" but the Berkshires (mansions and old money) is not Springfield or Holyoke. You're sheltered over there in the corner of the state while a lot of the rest of it is in shambles.
And that's fine. But it's like you think the rest of the state is in great shape when it's anything but.

you are just reflecting you own views on me. I go out of my way to say things like “in my experience” because I like to speak from experience. I don’t really give a fuck about the rest of the state. If you’ve paid a shred of attention I’ve never said anything good about any politicians basically ever.
I have said that Mass is a great place to live and that’s because it is. It tops lists for education and healthcare and it’s the bottom of lists for crime. That shit is not subjective.

I’m not saying everyone should live there, and of course some people look for different things in where they live. But if you want your kids to be safe and well educated, living in MA will give you a headstart. And that’s why I came back here

What do you think I’ve said that puts me on the left? Put aside your own personal biases and I don’t say much that is very controversial.
I am not “pro drag queen story hour”, I just don’t think it should be banned. I am not pro guns, but I dont think they should be banned either. I am not “pro illegal immigration” I just think it is being handled poorly.

Very true, you seem very centrist. The majority of people here are right to far right. Then there's VonBonfire who is a sort of libertarian anarchist. He's cool though. A lot less insulting than the standard right wingers.

lol it was just a fun thing. It’s not like I posted a selfie everyday and said “look at my fit for the day”, I just replaced typed out responses with a picture of myself more or less expressing the same sentiment of what I would have typed out

It all started with dryer sheets oddly enough. Some dude went on a rant about dryer sheets being the new second hand smoke. So I took a picture of myself smelling a dyer sheet.
Then he asked that if he posted a thread about guns would I put a gun in my mouth, so I replied with a dryer sheet in my mouth, and it kinda went from there.

I was also very newly separated from my ex wife at the time, as in still sleeping on the futon in the spare room of our house newly separated, so it was a tumultuous time for sure.
