The only racist "argument" I've heard is an old one that PBS just regurgitated on Washington Week or whatever it's called, by Laura Barron Lopez.

It was the one where he said that if he noticed that the pilot was black and knew that the airline had a DEI initiative for hiring pilots, he'd not feel as-safe / fly with that airline.

I mean, we all want to fly on jets who's pilots were hired after the bar was intentionally-lowered, don't we? Same goes for critical surgery. It just makes sense.
