Absolutely my fave too and right up there with fave scenes in any movie.

I did cadets at high school and have often waxed lyrical about the benefits of boot camp for the "youth of today".

That scene captures the essence of the M.O. of breaking down the ego / self-importance of the troops as well as any IMHO.

Heartbreak Ridge is another favourite of mine. Some classic scenes in that one too.
