00 flour, buff mozz and some heirloom tomatoes, oregano

Tonight's dinner, which was coincidentally at 5:30, was seasoned pork tenderloin roasted in a honey, fresh garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar sauce, then after it rested it was sliced into medallions to simmer in the sauce as it thickened. Also, homemade cinnamon fried apples, as well as mashed potatoes. Soooooooo good!

The sweet apples alongside the sweet and savory pork was a great balance.

Can't be all-bad. Maybe it depends on how it's cooked?

When I was a kid my fave dishes were roast leg of lamb with mint sauce and Chicken a la King.
Yes I agree.
I think i may have just not had it prepared in a way that i enjoy. Yet.
I've eaten lamb liver and it was awesome so i'm not a lamb snob.
Maybe i should give the leg another chance
