I emailed my rep a few weeks ago and usually hear back the same day. On day two, another rep reached to let me know the my tep was out of the office. A week later my rep called me. Must have been on vacation and had someone checking his emails.

Smash and I must have the same rep. I'm almost to ip to the fishing trip and Christmas card level with mine.

That said, my bass player and I buy a ton of gear from Sweetwater. We met Rich Gallagher when we drove up to Sweetwater and almost hugged the dude.
