Yeah. I like @tallcoolone but i think he is mistaken. We aren't obssessed with the youtubers, we just vocalize our disappointment and have fun with the bashing. Tbh, i forget i made this thread til someone bumps it.

The thing that really gets me though... It is fine if you still like mangasms or @Bad.Seed or are just fine with their sellout content.
But to say that they aren't sellouts because they are [selling out by] following the algorithm is a just pure hypocrisy or blatant ignorance..it baffles me

You guys just shit on him for discussing his financial situation where he said he was on the verge of losing everything, someone here shit on him yesterday for NOT discussing his financial situation again (is he supposed to bring it up in every video?) and then he makes a bunch of clickbait titles right after that…..ya can’t put 2 + 2 together and see the dude is trying to keep his bills paid?

I don’t know one single business owner who didn’t eat some shit on their way to financial freedom, I don’t know a single tradesman that hasn’t taken on jobs they didn’t want when they needed to for payroll, I don’t know anyone that has actual, meaningful integrity, that hasn’t done whatever they thought was best when they had to in order to get their shit in order.

THAT shit is integrity, not fucking titles of videos on a goddamn Youtube entertainment channel.

I always go back to my 20s when the ONLY way you could even read anything about new guitars/amps/efx/gear was by purchasing a $20 in today’s money magazine to get access to 5 or 6 reviews that you knew were fluff pieces. No way to hear a new amp or effect. None. YT is magic, just for the fact you can hear gear before you buy it. Whatever yumyum is playing the guitar in a demo video is irrelevant to me. And IMO if your obsessing about these said yumyums you need to go outside and touch grass

I made an analogy about integrity (where someone would work for a weapon's manufacturer and complains online about the damage that his company's weapons are doing...hypocrisy at its best), since that whole concept seems to elude you, as clearly demonstrated by your last few posts.

You got the upbringing part correct, for sure, my parents had no right bringing a child into the world when they did, or at all, really. Fortunately, I realized that by the age of 12 and have been pretty self-sufficient since.

While you may believe you’re intelligent enough to understand someone’s level of integrity by a Youtube video, or my level of intelligence because I think it’s lame to shit on like-minded people trying to make a living doing what they love, you’ve been sniffing way too much fuckin’ methane.
