This ^^^^ I have an EVH 2x12 and it sounds great after being broken in but it doesn't compare to my 4x12 cab and for the music you want to play the extra "thump" of the 4x12 would come in handy!

Personally I got sick of giving line6 my money and being let down. I've got an hd500 I use as a foot controller for an AXe Fx II now and it works pretty good for that at least...lol. For that price I would look to spend a few bucks more and get an Axe or Kemper! just my .02

I run a wet/dry/wet setup using a 5153 and finally end up using an Axe Fx for all the fx. The routing capabilities in the Axe come in real handy for this type setup.

For the presets you don't need 12 buttons do you? you can have for instance 3 banks of four buttons so something like the GCP or Midi Raider should work fine..
