yes more amp models, more control of the effects, and the biggest thing in my eyes is the ability to control the amp via midi, not just with the line6 footcontrollers like the 1st versions.
ive been outta the pedal loop for awhile. i have a gig im doing and building a small 3-4 pedal board for it, prolly just delay, od, tuner, or something along those lines. ive been looking at the mi audio tubezone, the fulltone ocd, the suhr riot. anyone have experiences with any of these or...
so....splawn plus a 2x12? its not taking up any more room than the vox. but anyway yeah the spiders are cool, does it respond exactly like a tube amp tho? no, but they definetely are cool. however i dont see it as that much of an upgrade from the valvetronix tho.
that was awesome, great violinist! she had a great touch, i run into so many players here that just have horrible intonation and they just make the violin sound like a "fiddle" instead of a smooth sounding string instrument. i enjoyed that
i thought it was awesome! i would love to own one. its would be a perfect gigging amp for me, built in delay is a feature i love, and it sounded good as well. the clean and the gains were great, as for reliability i dunno i dont own one but i imagine its fine, ive owned amps that people swore to...
the dude really wasnt asking if you feel mic'ng speakers is better, he had a question and noone really helped him so he emailed randall. end of thread. welcome to rigtalk
man that rp1000 sounded pretty kickass! the eleven rack is cool too, i hear lots of potential there sounds like just a bit more tweaking to get exactly where you wanna be
i have a prs ce-22 and an LP standard and they are 2 totally different beasts. as to compare the singlecuts to les pauls tho honestly ive only played a SC once and didnt dig it too much.
its pretty awesome man. i played one and wish i got to tweak it with lower gain settings to see how that would of sounded, i dont always dig the gain dimed to 10 deal cause lower gain can give you so much more touch responsiveness, but for that kinda thing it was awesome
i had a little 59 in the bridge of a strat for the longest time, wasnt super hot, of course hotter than a stock single but nothing crazy. but man did it have a sweet sound, and it blended great with the other pu's
bonamassa's ballad of john henry!! i dont know what hes thinking with that ULTRA dark tone, it sounds like theers good tone there somewhere but its hiding in a dark cloud to my ears
