OMG that’s the stuff. Tons of gain and crunch. That is just the sound man.
Gotta get a Power Station or something. So damn loud.

They don’t sound the same using attenuators, etc, IMO. I’ve owned my 100 watt Marshall’s since 1990 and playing loud is best. What, what![]()

Haha. WHAT?!?!? My ears are still ringing a bit. I guess I plugged into the “normal” channel first and eas a bit underwhelmed. It’s sounded cool but not as wild as I hoped. Switched inputs and was blown away. So awesome.
Nice tone and playing! Dig it.cardinal":1w2opl59 said:A few minutes of me wanking around. Apologies if I butchered some of your fav riffs. Definitely a few points where I forgot what I was playing.

It’s just an iPhone recording. Treble channel only. Volume 9. Treble and mids at 10. Bass was either at 5 or 8 (I turned it up at some point and don’t remember if it was for this clip). Presence at 10.
Sounded great to me in the room, but I admit I like a leaner/meaner (thin?) tone.
I did eventually jump the channels, and that thickened up the tone.
EDIT: just listened to the clip on some AT cans, and it sounds pretty much like how it was in the room. To me, that’s just the perfect sound. I wouldn’t want a thicker sound, but it can get thicker with jumping the channels, and it got bonkers with an echoplex-type boost.

NP man... you're YT coding should look like this for it to embed...[.youtube]Gb6O1z6kLOQ[/youtube] note, i added a .period in front of [.youtube] to keep the line from embedding againRick Lee":c3ktv964 said:Thanks for doing that. How did you do it? I know I've done it before, but it was trial and error and I ran out of ideas last night.
