Hey James

You don't know me but I just wanted to say thanks to you and all of the cats
who helped with the show. You guys were consummate hosts and I had a total
blast. Cheers to you all!

James,
scroll across (upper left, where the clips and sequences are), and see if in your settings you clicked on Anamorphic on the clips, or the sequence timeline.

If mightywarlock's suggestion doesnt work... When you created your project it should as you questions. Most programs will let you grab the dimensions from a file. If not you can manually set them. Project settings I believe. You don't want the tv settings NTSC, PAL etc. Look for a computer setting that let's you set the dimensions manually. I won't be back at my Mac till Wednesday or I'd look into it further.
 
vids look like fun was had by all. sorry I missed it. Any of you guys play the Hybrid 100 I left there? Im anxiouse to hear how it did.

Give him time fellers. The man hasn't slept in days, and this is such a cool thing he's doing for the forum and for guitarists in general. I'm excited, but I also want all the kinks to be worked out. :thumbsup:
 
Thanks so much for doing this James- from the teaser clips it looks awesome! Can't wait for the vids- but get some sleep first man, you deserve it!
 
Maybe we should set up a donation page or something , paypal? etc I dont know . beer money for the studio.

OK, I got the video working... What a nightmare but all looks good, the first 2 videos are fixed and the first one is bouncing down now, I will get those up tonight and I will make, bounce and upload the other 2 late tonight, so if all goes well you guys will have some unbelievable footage to watch and listen to in the morning.

p.s. Thanks to Jim @ Scumback for helping along the way with the video ordeal.

You guys should have seen James on the day of the 'fest. He was a dead man walking, and still managed to coordinate most of the show, get ad-hoc video and stills put together, and then proceeded to rip it the F up on guitar for most of the day.

Eh, not sure I got you dialed in, unless you figured something out after we got off the phone. Camera or camera/capture setting perhaps? I forgot to ask you about that. Anyway, glad it's working now.
